Costa Rica Costa Rica offers visitors the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. A yacht charter in Costa Rica provides endless ways to experience awe-inspiring natural beauty, wonderful wildlife and pure Costa Rican culture.


At the time of publication, travelers are not subject to a mandatory quarantine nor showing a negative COVID-19 test upon entry. However, they must prove that they have traveler’s medical insurance. Here are three best places to anchor and enjoy your time in Costa Rica:

Maldives

Situated along the equator in the Indian Ocean, Maldives is a picturesque yachting destination all year long. Sailors are welcomed by Maldivians and find shelter from the Indian Ocean among its countless protected, deep-water anchorages.


At the time of publication, visitors to the Maldives are currently not required to quarantine, but they must fill out a health declaration form prior to entry. Three of our favorite anchorages in the Maldives include:

At the time of publication, travelers must test negative a maximum of 72 hours before arriving. For longer stays over seven days, travelers must take a COVID-19 test, but quarantine is not mandatory. Caribbean Fuels recommends these locations in St. Barts:

Malta Situated south of Sicily in the Mediterranean, the country of Malta boasts the largest density of historic sights of any other country, ranging from Neolithic temples to the legacy of the Knights of St John.
